Coaching Terms and Agreements

These terms apply to paid coaching with Nancy Landrum or classes taught or co-taught by her.

When commitment is made to Nancy’s coaching package or class, the full price is due and payable.  If payment terms are agreed upon by all, then the full payments are due whether or not the coaching appointments or classes are completed.

Nancy expects your commitment to learn how to improve your relationship is made with thoughtful consideration.  You are aware that coaching implies the need for changes in your behavior.  Changes asked of you in order to improve your relationship will at times trigger inner resistance.  That is precisely the time when your commitment will prove itself to be true…or not.  Even if you decide to stop before the package or classes are completed, no refunds will be given for any reason.
