E-Course Terms and Conditions Agreement E-Course Policy
To access the online e-courses, you must attest that you have read and agree to the terms and conditions contained in this E-Course Terms and Conditions Agreement.
The term “course” includes the e-course Web pages, courses and all associated materials. Read this E-Course Terms and Conditions Agreement carefully. Use of E-Course Materials All e-courses and materials, along with references used in or related to the e-courses, are the property of the Millionaire Marriage Club or of third parties and used under permission granted to the Millionaire Marriage Club and may only be used in the manner detailed in this E-Course Terms and Conditions Agreement. Permission to use the material in any other way must be obtained in writing from the Millionaire Marriage Club and/or the publisher or author of the material. These materials are for the sole use of individuals registered for the e-course or others as approved by the Millionaire Marriage Club. As an e-course registrant, you may view and read all materials that are part of the e-course facility. You may also print any or all screen and pdf file pages for your personal use in taking the e-course, but you may not share, communicate, publish or in any manner distribute to other parties the e-course, login and password, readings, references, links or any other materials. The terms and conditions regarding use of materials apply upon registration for the course, while you are taking the e-course, and upon and after completing, withdrawing from or terminating the e-course. E-Course Access Only: e-Learning and professional development e-course registrants have access to the discussion forums. Refunds for E-Courses: You may withdraw from an e- course at any time. However, once you are registered and have logged in to the course, you will not receive a refund for any reason. Complaints about a breach of Participation Rules, Terms and Conditions: Complaints about a breach of these Participation Rules and/or this E-Course Terms and Conditions Agreement should be made by e-mail to [email protected] . Responsibility for Loss: You are responsible for and will indemnify and hold the Millionaire Marriage Club harmless from and against any and all liability, claims and losses resulting from your actions in connection with taking the e-courses and your breach of any terms and conditions of this E-Course Terms and Conditions Agreement. General Disclaimer and Millionaire Marriage Club Rights: Reference materials and links provided in the e-courses are provided by the Millionaire Marriage Club. The Millionaire Marriage Club does not assume responsibility or liability for the accuracy or completeness of content contained in reference materials or links. The Millionaire Marriage Club does not endorse any product, service or organization referenced. The opinions expressed in the e-courses are solely the opinions of the contributors and do not represent the opinions of the Millionaire Marriage Club, its officers, directors, staff, representatives and/or its affiliates. Attestation: The Millionaire Marriage Club will deny access to this e-course to any individual who does not agree to the terms and conditions contained in this E-Course Terms and Conditions Agreement. Further, the Millionaire Marriage Club reserves the right to terminate access to any individual who does not abide by these terms and conditions. Disciplinary Action: Registrants are deemed and presumed to be aware of and familiar with this E-Course Terms and Conditions Agreement. Any Millionaire Marriage Club member, candidate or individual who is found to be violating or assisting or attempting to assist anyone in violating these Terms and Conditions is subject to full accountability under the law, regulations and/or any action the Millionaire Marriage Club is authorized to take, including disciplinary action. E-Course Management System Access: You agree that you will not use any robot, spider or other device, process or means to access the Millionaire Marriage Club e-courses. Nor shall you use any process to monitor or copy our Web pages or the content contained thereon or for any other unauthorized purpose without our prior expressed written permission. You agree that you will not compromise or circumvent the security controls of the Millionaire Marriage Club e-courses or otherwise gain unauthorized access to Millionaire Marriage Club e-courses. You agree that you will not use any device, software or routine that interferes with the proper working of the Millionaire Marriage Club and e-courses. You agree that you will not take any action that imposes an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on our infrastructure. You agree that you will not copy, reproduce, alter, modify, create derivative works or publicly display any content from the Millionaire Marriage Club e-courses without the prior expressed written permission of the Nancy Landrum and Millionaire Marriage Club.
Your Millionaire Marriage Club membership will continue and automatically renew until terminated. To use Millionaire Marriage Club you must have Internet access and provide us with one or more Payment Methods. "Payment Method" means a current, valid, accepted method of payment, as may be updated from time to time. and which may include payment through your account with a third party. You must cancel your membership before it renews in order to avoid billing of the membership fees for the next billing cycle to your Payment Method (see "Cancellation" below).
Billing and Cancellation
The membership fee for the Millionaire Marriage Club will be charged to your Payment Method monthly. Membership fees are fully earned upon payment. In some cases your payment date may change, for example if your Payment Method has not successfully settled, when you change your subscription plan or if your paid membership began on a day not contained in a given month.
To use Millionaire Marriage Club you must provide one or more Payment Methods. You authorize us to charge any Payment Method associated with your account in case your primary Payment Method is declined or no longer available to us for payment of your subscription fee. You remain responsible for any uncollected amounts. If a payment is not successfully settled, due to expiration, insufficient funds, or otherwise, and you do not cancel your account, we may suspend your access to the service until we have successfully charged a valid Payment Method. For some Payment Methods, the issuer may charge you certain fees, such as foreign transaction fees or other fees relating to the processing of your Payment Method. Check with your Payment Method service provider for details.
You can update your Payment Methods by going to your profile on the top right corner of the Home Page > Settings > Billing Info. We may also update your Payment Methods using information provided by the payment service providers. Following any update, you authorize us to continue to charge the applicable Payment Method(s).
Cancellation. You can cancel your Millionaire Marriage Club membership at any time, and you will continue to have access to the Millionaire Marriage Club service through the end of your billing period. To cancel, go to your profile on the top right corner of the Home Page > Settings > Billing Info. Find the membership you want to cancel and click the 3 dots (...) then click “Cancel This Subscription” If you cancel your subscription, your account will automatically close at the end of your current billing period.
Changes to the Price and Subscription Plans. We may change our subscription plans and the price of our service from time to time; however, any price changes or changes to your subscription plans will apply no earlier than 30 days following notice to you. If you do not wish to accept the price change or change to your subscription plan, you can cancel your subscription before the change takes effect.
No Refunds. Payments are nonrefundable and there are no refunds or credits for partially used membership periods. Following any cancellation, however, you will continue to have access to the service through the end of your current billing period.
Communication Preferences. We will send you information relating to your account (e.g. payment authorizations, invoices, changes in password or Payment Method, confirmation messages, notices) in electronic form only, for example via emails to your email address provided during registration. You agree that any notices, agreements, disclosures or other communications that we send to you electronically will satisfy any legal communication requirements, including that such communications be in writing.
